Fairbanks Distilling Company has been crafting small-batch spirits in the heart of downtown Fairbanks since 2013, operating out of the historic Old City Hall building. Their lineup includes the award-winning 68 Below potato vodka — made with Yukon Gold potatoes and Fox Spring water — and E.T. Barnette's Tanana River Naval Strength Golden Rum. Visit the tasting room for complimentary spirit tastings and handcrafted cocktails, or book a distillery tour to see the operation in person. Veteran-owned.
